George asks…cutting back on my workout / biking build muscle?my usual workout is i do a thighs of steel video, then an as of steel video, then i jog about a mile and a half then i alternate jogging and brisk walking another mile and a half (3 miles together) then later on i walk 1 more mile
but im sick of it ahhh!!! i dont mind the rest of it but the thing i hate the absolute most it the thighs of steel video
